And for the purposes of law 49/2002 of December 23, the donor is allowed to deduct up to 75% from the first 150.00 euros donated and 35% from the rest of the donated amount in the tax return

If you are a natural person, you can deduct up to 75% in the full fee for the first 150 euros donated and 30% for the rest of the donated amount. In addition, if you have donated for at least three years to the same NGO, you can deduct up to 35%.
