In summary the main issue is to understand how the testimonies of the victims of terrorism could rise to a similar role to the one that victims and survivors of persecution and concentration camps - after II World War - had played in building an European anti-totalitarian identity. Today, an anti-fundamentalist identity at European level pass through the narration of the victims of terrorism, the spread of these narratives with their universal values.
By spreading the stories, as much as possible, the direct victims, survivors, families, organizations and academic institutions close to them we can build a "counter-narrative" bearer of alternative values: dialogue, peace, non-violence, respect, which provide for greater awareness and critical thinking, particularly among young people.
The spread of this items, in truth, is however difficult to establish. What are the problems and the challenges?
