As at past editions, the Spanish princes were on hand to show their affection and support for all the victims of terror that had gathered in the Spanish city of Salamanca

The first speaker at the congress was His Excellency Carlos Dívar Blanco, President of Spain’s Supreme Court. In a speech titled “Justice and Victims of Terrorism”, Mr Dívar shared his feelings on victims and the experiences he has gathered over his long professional career. The speech received great applause from the crowd, deeply moved by his words.

The day closed with a reception hosted by the city’s mayor.
