On March 11th, 2004 attacks one hundred and ninety-three people were killed, and nearly two thousand were injured. Three years later, at the Casa de Campo, the first of the trials for the massacre began. Twenty-nine people sat on the bench: three were convicted as the material perpetrators of the attacks, of the other twenty-six just over half were convicted of unrelated acts with March 11th and the rest were acquitted. Regarding intellectual authorship, a single conclusion: Al Qaeda had nothing to do with it.
The content of the 20/2004 summary, the evidence carried out during the trial of the Casa de Campo and the judgments handed down by the National Court and the Supreme Court lead us to the conclusion that in the preparation, execution, and cover-up of the attacks at least a fourth plot has participated- an expression coined by José María de Pablo - hitherto unknown.
In this book - simple, fluid and forceful style - De Pablo, defense attorney of the Association of aid for the Victims of March 11th', does not invent anything, does not think. The reader will be able to contrast each statement, as the concrete and detailed source of all of them is shown.
As the author writes, what we do know is that "there has been - and still exists - a determined effort on the part of certain people to prevent the investigation of the identity of that fourth plot".
It will be the reader, with the proven data offered by this book, who draws his own conclusions and tries to clear the X of March 11th.
