Victims from all over the world shared the stage on the 2nd day of the International Victims congress
The first address of the day heard testimonies and reflections from victims of terror hailing from Argentina, Algeria, Colombia, United States, France, Israel, Italy, United Kingdom and Russia. Next came a speech titled “Victims and the end of terrorism: Lessons from the comparative perspective” from Rogelio Alonso, tenured Professor of Political Science at Rey Juan Carlos University.
